"In a world that tells us to focus on ourselves to find happiness, Owen Brown’s thought-provoking play The Time of My Life flips the script. Through the journey of “Chris,” the protagonist, we see how self-focus leads to anxiety and depression, while serving others brings true meaning and joy. This powerful story challenges modern culture’s obsession with self-definition and reminds us of the timeless truth: our identity is found in community and what we worship. I highly recommend this play for you and your community—it’s a story that sparks reflection, conversation, and hope." - Frank Mihelich, CEO of New Threads Theatre Company & former director of theater at California Baptist University

"Brown does have something of a gift for writing believable dramatic dialogue..." - Bob Wilcox, St. Louis Theater Critic
